If you are using biojava1.4 then use the class Jolyon recommends.

If you are using biojava-live from CVS I would strongly recommend using 
the newer class org.biojavax.bio.db.ncbi.GenbankRichSequenceDB. It produces RichSequences with more structured information. 

org.biojava.bio.seq.db.NCBISequenceDB will be deprecated as of biojava 1.5
