[Biojava-l] How to combine multiple Sequence objects into a singleSequence object?

This is exactly the sort of thing that
ComponentFeature is designed for. I don't know if we
have a user instantiable sequence class that you can
use out of the box - perhaps Assembly is it. I will
take a look monday
