[Biojava-l] missing API

 Hi, 
    I was trying to access  "ProteinTools.createProteinSequence(String))", as
according to the javaDoc API, but the compiler  claims  this method  createProteinSequence()" is not found.  I  am using "biojava-20020823.jar". I have to use this  version, or else the DP will got hang.
