[Biojava-l] BioJava 1.3pre3

I've just built another pre-release from the BioJava 1.3x
branch.  Compared to 1.3pre2, this includes bug fixes,
additional javadocs, and selected enhancements from
the main development trunk.  These include much improved
support for the OBDA database access standards, extensions
to the org.biojava.bio.search package, and better support
for circular locations.

As always, source, binaries, and javadoc builds can be
found at:

    http://www.biojava.org/download/

Please give this as much testing as possible!
