[Biojava-l] Changing transition weigths

Hi there!!

I've been working on viterbi training, but now I have found a problem.
When I try to set a transition weigth to 0 (zero), every value in that 
distribution change.
Exemple:
 I have state a state with 3 transitions. when I set a distribution 
weigth to 0, every
value in that distribution will be 1/3.

Is this a bug? An undocumented feature? A desirable behaviour?
How can I avoid this problem??
