[Biojava-l] LabelledSequenceRenderer does not work in a
SequencePoster?

Mark,
My understanding was that SequencePoster is the more advanced component. It
can wrap the rendering along a number of lines of track whereas
SequencePanel only renders on one long line. I like this since it is a much
more printer/page friendly format.
When I look in cvs both the SequencePoster and the SequencePanel are two
months old. The TranslatedSequencePanel is four months old.
Can anyone confirm what I should be using?

Hi -
I might be wrong on this but my understanding is that SequencePanel and
TranslatedSequencePanel are the main components. I don't think
SequencePoster is used much anymore and possibly should be deprecated.
SequencePanel and TranslatedSequence panel are more heavily maintained.
