[Biojava-l] SeqIOTools.writeFasta method using Sequence object

Ahhh multi-lingual BioJava, world peace must be just around the corner
:) Does this mean we need to support i18n?

Actually thomas, can we set up some ftp directories to the web server to
stick this stuff in?? Wouldn't want to stand in the way of international
harmony now would we?
