[Biojava-l] SeqIOTools.writeFasta method using Sequence object

Hi Mark,

Actually, if possible, I am thinking of opening a small web site for
introduction of BioJava especially for Japanese users when I learn BioJava
enough to do so.  One reason is language problem, as I could find only one
site that introduces how to use BioJava in Japanese. I am hoping that
BioJava can be very useful tool as I learn more of its API although I am
relatively new to Java (I was using C and Perl mainly).
