[Biojava-l] Nightly checkin reports (Re: [Biojava-dev] biojava /Security)

Seems like I'm already using these reports to see if
reported bugs have been fixed yet. Thanks Thomas -
it's realy usefull.

Other than seconding Mark's request for user IDs by
commits, could I ask if the JUnit reports could be
left off if all tests pass, or perhaps just listing
those that fail? Also, I've seen ANT returning a
successfull build status even when JUnit tests fail -
have you double-checked the status reports in the
nightly reports for correctly flaging test failures?
