[Biojava-l] classes in biojava able to handle 3D protein structures ???

Hi -

Not yet is the simple answer, I'm pretty keen to code something like this but I don't have a great deal of knowledge about structure. My guess is an alphabet to contain backbone coordinates or phi/ psi angles would be a good place to start.

	Hello,

Are there classes, in the biojava library, that can work with 3D
coordinates of protein structures (in form of PDB files)? for example:
transform the cartesian coordinates in internal coordinates, rotate
dihedral angles of the backbone atoms, the dihedral angles of the side
chains, .... and so on ...

	Thanks

	Antoine
