[Biojava-l] JDK1.4 and BJ1.3

Is there a MacOS X JDK1.4 yet?  I know there's one coming, but
I thought it was still a little way coming.

For the next release, we should certainly provide binaries built
on 1.4.  But I'm not convinced we should just drop the 1.4-specific
stuff into the main tree for a little bit longer yet.  In any case,
I get the impression that the current build system, which automatically
merges in extra files if 1.4 is available, seems to be working nicely
(unless anyone's been having problems I haven't heard about?)
