[Biojava-l] Out of memory -error in DAG-edit

Hi,

I've integrated DAG-Edit into my own program. When loading *.ontology
-files I get an error message:
"java.lang.OutOfMemoryError 
<<no stack trace availlable>>"

I can load one ontology-file but when loading many the error appears. I've
tried to change virtual machine and give parameters like "-hotspot
-Xss70000000" but no help (maybe little but there isn't enough memory
anyway). I have a database in my program and I've noticed that when I have
lot of data in it, the memory gets full easier. Could anybody help me?
