Hi -
The CVS tree was having build problems (at least on my system). The
culprit seems to be some newly checked in HTML parsing classes in
org.biojava.bio.seq.db that have dependencies on classes such as
com.kizna.html.HTMLNode.java
I have tracked down this source at sourceforge and it is LGPL so we can
use it however it doesn't seem to have been checked into CVS and the
appropriate changes haven't been made to ant so it's a little hard to
compile everything.
Working under the assumption that the LGPL code is OK I have commited
the htmlparser.jar and made some changes to the ant build.xml to allow
all this to compile (seems to work now).
Please be aware that when adding stuff that contains external
dependencies it is important to make those dependencies available on the
CVS tree. No major issues this time ;-)
