[Biojava-l] Having problems downloading CVS source

Hi,

I am still seeing this.  Additionally, after the update, I am getting a
failure of the build, wasn't' sure if I should assume that they are related.
I got a similar error with the bioperl update, but that seemed to build OK?


I deleted the ant-build directory before this, and did cvs update -dP, got 

BUILD FAILED

/usr/open-bio/biojava-live/build.xml:168:
/usr/open-bio/biojava-live/tests-1.4 not found.

Should the ant file be changed, or did the tests-1.4 dir not get updated?
Or did I screw something else up...

Anonymous CVS for biojava is having problems with permissions inside the 
biojava-live repository. I can reproduce the problems that Sylvain is 
having.

These permission problems are usually caused in the real production 
repository and replicated to the anonymous cvs machine when we sync the 
codebases up each hour. If someone can fix this on the production 
machine then the problem should go away.
