Hi, and sorry you're having trouble compiling -- we've found
ant pretty reliable in the past.
The message you point to looks rather different to the
problem you seem to be having. From the log you originally
posted, it looks like the (classic) compiler is being started
successfully, but then throwing up some errors during compilation.
My suspicion is that Michael is right and switching to the
modern compiler will help.
What version of Java do you have installed?
