[Biojava-l] Isoelectric point class

Hi,
In response to persistent demand, I've written and uploaded a isoelectric
point class :-).  

It's org.biojava.bio.proteomics.IsoelectricPointCalc.  There are two
utility classes in org.biojava.utils.math and a new ResidueProperties.xml
with pKs to accompany this.  SymbolPropertyTable has also been
modified. The pKs are the ones used by GCG.

Results appear to match the GCG results for the proteins I've tested.
Please inform me if there are errors.
