[Biojava-l] LocationTools

The idea behind moving the operations from Location to LocationTools is to
fix the problems when a.intersects(b) != b.intersects(a).  This was showing
up with things like circular locations, and was getting worse.  In the
version I have, the Location methods are already deprecated, which are you
working from?
