[Biojava-l] Some clrifications required on biojava

Hi Thomas Down,
i had red the biojava of total content. and i run the
program of GCContent.java, actually it has rerurned
the some blhp: 47.000000017%. actually what is it. in
the test.fa it has ACGTACGTAGGTGCAAT. what it is
actually. is it necessary to learn some biological
terms. In Roulet.java i compiled it in commond line
and if i am running in the appletviewr it is giving
some specified file not found. 

if i want to do some thing where i should start. in
the documentation you have given the directly how to
code the program and actually i dont know what is
happening in the inner side of the JVM. and what is
the perpose.

and where should we can use thid bio java. for
building of biolagical componets;

please clarify my doubts.
