Hi.

I'm off for a long weekend, but I'll look at this properly early next 
week. There are three constants on StrandedFeature that define 
strandedness (POSITIVE, NEGATIVE, UNKNOWN) which may be more apropreate 
than the boolean constructor arg.

The code looks good to me. Great work.
