[Biojava-l] Experimental DAS 1.900 implementation

I read the spec last night and overall I like the approach. I tried
looking for the DAML definitions in genomics.daml but couldn't find the
file. I agree that some sort of ontology or gen-spec hierarchy to drive
filtering over features and annotations would be a great addition. We
(NetGenics) have done some simple work to map feature hierarchies but I'd
really love to agree to and adopt a "standard" one that we could all use.
I'm also very interesting in using DAS as a front end to our content
databases so the work currently being done (especially with the SOAP
direction) is of great interest.
Is the genomics.daml file mentioned in the document text available?
