The one thing it does which the ANT script doesn't do at
the moment is neatly group packages in the javadoc.  I have
no attachment to the old builder, and I don't think anyone else
does, either.  Unless we hear screams of protest, whoever checks
in the patch to fix the javadoc gets to ceremonially "cvs remove"
the old builder :).

Any takers?
