[Biojava-l] is there any tool for parsing bl2seq

  I feel there should also be a parser for the output of the bl2seq output
as of now i believe that there is no such class which can be used to
parse the output ..well i donno if i am wrong but i havent found it any
where in the sax parsers ..and thomas am i right in mailing you this or
should have done this to the people at cat 
any body  in the mailing  list too have such neccessity to have a parser
for bl2seq which performs local blasts on your pc
