[Biojava-l] Bug in NestedError/Exception

Hi.

I just fixed a bug in NestedError/Exception that meant that the nested 
stack trace was always printed to stdout, rather than to the apropreate 
stream. This will have affected people that collect output in 
pipeline-style situations, or try to put the stacktrace into a dialog 
box or whatever.

If you notice any small things like this in your apps, please tell us 
and/or fix it soon - the 14th is fast aproaching. No bug is too small.
