Hi Chongseok Hyun,

This is a very weird bug. I have uploaded a new version of
biojava-1.11.jar to the download site just to make doubly shure. Perhaps
the first version I sent there was corrupted or trunkated. Try to grab
the file again. I seem to still be getting the older file back - It may
be our sanger web-cache doing nasty things on download. The file should
be 762,445 bytes long. If it is only 753,664 then you have the short
version. If it's a different length, then may the gods help us.

You can fix the problem without downloading by changing to a clean
directory and typing:

jar -xvf biojava-1.11.jar
jar -cvf biojava-1.11.jar org

This will unjar the archive, and then re-jar it. The resulting
biojava-1.11.jar is un-corrupted and will work in your classpath.

I'm wigged out. Perhaps beer will help.
