I have found some errors during programming, 2 are mine :( 

Could someone commit them?

DistributionTools  line 108 change to:   for(Iterator i =
ent.keySet().iterator(); i.hasNext();){
DistributionTools  line 133 change to:   Symbol s =
a.symbolAt(seqLabel,i+1);
WMAsMM             line 201 change to:   transWeights.put(prev, dist);
