[Biojava-l] Circular Location Cannot Perform in a Feature

Hi -

I think the move to make a circular locatio a view might have caused it to
be unusable in some cirucmstances.

For example a location -2 to 3 in a sequence of length 8 used to be
represented as 6 to 3 inside the old circular location. Now however it would
need to be 6 to 10 as a RangeLocation wrapped as a CircularLocation. If this
location is added to a Feature the Feature cannot be added to the sequence
of length 8.

I cannot think how to resolve this other than reinstating the old
CircularLocation.
