[Biojava-l] Notes on deploying the dazzle servlet

I've written some brief instructions for building a working
DAS webapp based on the dazzle server code.  They could do
with some more fleshing out, and better descriptions of the
data sources, but I figured that it's better to have some
instructions out there than none at all...

I've made a few changes to the dazzle module in CVS, to give
a more helpful webapp `skeleton' on which to build things.  I'd
suggest that anyone trying to follow these notes should start
by making a clean checkout of the code.
