Dear all, There is now a CVS module for the web-site called biojava-html. You can check it out in the same way that you check out the biojava-live module. We will sort out some sort of system for syncing the public site with the CVS tree, probably in conjunction with making nightly builds & building javadocs. Thank you all for your patience, Matthew
