[Biojava-l] status? Blast parser?

Jared,

We are currently pre-release, although all of the core code seems
relatively bug-free. There are still a small number of issues to be
resolved (e.g. how to stoore strandedness of features), but it is stable
enough to write small-ish programs. You can download a copy from
anonymous CVS by following the instructions at http://cvs.biojava.org

There is not yet a blast parser, but there realy should be one...
