[Biojava-l] status? Blast parser?

Folks:

It wasn't clear to me from the biojava web page, so
you'll have to excuse my foolish questions.  First,
what is the status of biojava?  It appears that it is
still in development and has not been released yet.
Is that correct?

Also, I've looked through the javadoc for the API,
but was unable to find a Blast parser (which I 
desperately need).  Is it in there, but I just missed
yet?  Or if not, is it planned?

If not, any other suggestions for a Java Blast parser?
I'd rather not have to write my own.
