[Biojava-l] Preparation for a 1.1 release?

Hi,

I'm a new entrant in Biojava mailing list..I just started learning
java and biojava. Sometimes I find difficult to follow the classes and
methods.

I also feel biojava should have a regularly updated  tutorial with more
description and examples for benginners like me. Also as Mark noted, classes can have more
comments and examples. 

This will be a valuable feature in the new biojava release.
