[Biojava-l] Release 1.01

Hi...

I've just produced a BioJava 1.01 release.  It's available now
from the FTP and web sites.  Alternatively, CVS users can check
out the release-1_01 tag.

Changes are:

  - Compile fixes for javac1.3 and (hopefully) JBuilder
  - SimpleDistribution wasn't trainable
  - Workaround for bug with long FASTA description lines.
  - Various documentation fixes.

Please test and enjoy...

For those who like just a hint of revolution with their
evolution, I'm also resuming the `snapshot' releases of
the BioJava trunk which I was making before 1.0.  This
is the chance for non-CVS users to try new features like
the Blast parser and the assemblies model.  I'll try to
get a snapshot out this evening.
