Hello Biojava-ers

I'd like to run Biojava on Windows 98, and I was wondering if:

a) there is a way of installing it on Win32, or
b) should I run buildall on my Unix machine at work, and then stick the
classes on a CD to take home, or
c) am I completely misguided (or a stronger adjective) in this idea? (It's
just that Bioperl works on both Windows and Unix, so I hoped that Biojava
would too...)

Assuming option b) will work, which folder should I stick the classes in
(eg. jdk1.2.2\jre\lib or just jdk1.2.2\lib)?

All help gratefully received
