[Biojava-dev] New bug fix release coming soon

We'll cut a new bug fix release (4.2.4) before the end of next week. That
will mainly fix the NCBI https URLs and then a couple of small bug fixes.
If you have any commits for the bugfixes-4.2 branch please checked them in
before the 28th of July
