Hi Spencer,
Sometimes the CATH server is a little flaky depending on one's ISP and
presumably issues on their end.

I can load:
http://download.cathdb.info/cath/releases/all-releases/v3_5_0/cath-classification-data/cath-domain-list-v3_5_0.txt

In my web browser (from UCSF) right now. Does the test still fail on the CI
server?

I'm double checking the URLs haven't changed, but I have a feeling the
tests will pass now.
