[Biojava-dev] biojava and biosql

Hi all,

I am trying to utilize biojava for a project where I am also using biosql. I have seen 2 version 1.8.2 and 3.0.5 available. As I understand the cutting edge development is moving to 3.x tree, right ?  If I would like to use 3.0.5 and biosql, do I need to mix these 2 versions as I don't see any biosql related packages in 3.x series.
