[Biojava-dev] new release(s) before BOSC/ISMB conferences

Hi Michael,
It should be quite similar to
http://www.biojava.org/wiki/BioJava:Make_release . I did a github based
release in a checkout of my own fork, but it did everything correctly for
me out of the box. The only thing which required some manual work was to
set up our custom release-branch. Thanks to Douglas for doing that for us.
Probably good to verify that the pom.xml in biojava-legacy has a similar
distributionManagement settings as the pom.xml in the main branch.
