Does anyone have an overview over the bugtracker issues?

https://github.com/biojava/biojava/issues is the current one, but there's
only one entry
https://redmine.open-bio.org/projects/biojava has 27 open bugs, are these
really still open? Should we move them to the github tracker?
http://bugzilla.open-bio.org/ seems down, but is linked from the biojava
wiki.
