[Biojava-dev] more automated builds

Hi,

I just enabled another way of doing automated builds: Travis-ci.

https://travis-ci.org/biojava/biojava

It can't push snapshot builds to our maven repo, but it provides a clean
report on the build status that integrates well with github. As such this
is really in addition to cruisecontrol...
