The issue is indeed that 1.8.2 makes use of sources/jar in biojava3
(biojava3-structure)

This means I would have to package biojava3 to compile biojava 1.8.2....
not really fun.
Even if I plan to package biojava3, source archive 1.8.2 shold be self
contained.
