Hi Andy,

Just looking at http://jensembl.sourceforge.net/example.html

I was wondering if you want to share some of your experiences with
biojava3-core.

- How are you using it?

- What works and what did you end up implementing yourself?

-- Any design ideas that we should incorporate into BioJava?

- Is there anything that is missing in  bj3-core? Any code from your side
that could be used to fill up this gap?
