[Biojava-dev] new build questions

Hi,

Is-there any reason to have still some modules with a 1.0-SNAPSHOT version in the new Maven build (gui and biosql modules)? Also the gui module pom.xml file refers to an 1.0-SNAPSHOT version of the sequencing module that does not exist and prevents the Netbeans IDE to make a full build. If this is OK with everybody, I'd like to correct those.
