[Biojava-dev] preparations for release 1.6

Hi,

The biojava 1.6 release candidate 1 has been available now for a  
while and I would like to proceed with releasing the final biojava 1.6.

I ran doccheck on the latest SVN and we still could do with  some  
javadoc improvements:

Please commit any remaining bug fixes to SVN until

Friday, April 4th 18:00 GMT

I will do the release (and SVN branch) after that.
