To clarify the bug is in the exception handling that is going into an infinite
loop, one report of the problem is enough.

I don't think that there is any need to recognize a Fasta format sequence with
no name. This doesn't really qualify as Fasta format in my opinion so I think
the parser should be allowed to throw an exception.
