Hi Mark,
In the meantime I moved the repository root location to
/home/svn-repositories/biojava
which gives this new checkout line for the main trunk:
svn co svn+ssh://dev.open-bio.org/home/svn-repositories/biojava/
biojava-live/trunk ./biojava-live
I have to enter my password multiple times but besides this, it works
fine.
* Can somebody working on windows test if checking out and compiling
biojava works ok?
(to test the EOL issues, see http://biojava.org/wiki/
CVS_to_SVN_Migration )
* the next question is still open: How will we provide the anonymous
checkouts?
