[Biojava-dev] RichSequence output without namespace

Is there anyway to use RichSequence.IOTools.writeFasta to output just
the sequence name as the name and nothing else?
Ie
>SeqName
Aatg

Vs

>Namespace|Seqname|SeqName
Or 
>|Seqname|Seqname
