Possibly the UniProt format has changed but the Pattern in UniProtFormat.java
at line 125 no longer matches the ID lines of UniProt files.

eg:

ID   POLG_DEN1S              Reviewed;        3396 AA.
AC   P33478;
DT   01-FEB-1994, integrated into UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot.
DT   01-FEB-1994, sequence version 1.
DT   12-DEC-2006, entry version 62.
etc...
