[Biojava-dev] GenbankFormat and BASE COUNT

Hi,

The keyword BASE COUNT is deprecated from Genbank releases since October 2003. I'd like to remove it completely from the output of GenbankFormat when writing sequences.

Is-this ok with everybody?
