[Biojava-dev] about ANOVA

Dear All,

There is a good Java source code for Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) in
http://trident.mcs.kent.edu/~blewis/stat/index.html

The code of anovaFrame.java just support two-way ANOVA.
Do you know that any Java source code could support general ANOVA?
Or anybody had enhanced this package?
