[Biojava-dev] Build system updated

Hi,

The threatened changes to build.xml are now checked in.  The
main difference is that source code is no longer copied into
the ant-build directory before compilation.  This makes life
simpler, and improves compatibility with IDEs.  It also seems
to make the build process substantially faster.

Another visible change is that we no longer compile a standalone
grammars.jar module -- the sablecc grammars are now included
in biojava.jar.  If you keep grammars.jar on your default
CLASSPATH, you should probably remove it now to avoid clashes
in the future.

There will probably be a few other minor rearrangements over
the next few days, but the main changes are done now,
